Some foods like tacos, burgers, pizzas, may alternate between junk and healthy categories depending on them ingredients which have, calories and process of cooking.”

How should you really avoid junk food?
According to Dr Ayesha, the big red flags that you should looking for and avoid from bringing home include salty things, trans-fats, refined grains, highly corn syrup. Avoid foods that known as corn sweetener, corn syrup solids or simple corn syrup, partially fractionated, hydrogenated, or hydrogenated on their cover.
So in your future you want to know if what’s on your diet plates is junk or not, ask yourself these helpful 3 crucial questions such as:
- How many calories am I using in this one or two serving?
- What are the healthy or unhealthy nutrients I am taking in with this diet plan?
- What’s the variety of ingredients used; how much fresh is this food item?

Note that quitting junk food is a gradual cocked. If you are someone who is accustomed to regular doses of junk food, then quitting may not be best way. In the first few days could be heavy as you may experience some of symptoms: abdominal cramps, muscles fatigues, irritability, headaches, dropping of energy levels and so on. An addiction to junk food may even result in failure of healthier food options like salads, fruits, or vegetables, etc. leading to further lack of nourishment and low rate of healthy life.
